ManTech Field Engineer in Seattle, Washington

Provides technical support for customer/company network systems. Performs complex systems installations and maintenance, tests, repairs and troubleshoots network equipment problems. Performs work, which involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of standard materials, and difficult coordination requirements.

Responsibilities include: installing, maintaining, repairing, and upgrading a wide variety of proprietary computerized electro-mechanical systems for customers in the U.S. and foreign locations. Must have past experience with basic hand and power tools, basic electrical/plumbing/construction techniques, basic facility repairs, computer experience/applications, have basic experience with network routers/switch configuration and can troubleshoot/solve variety of problems. Variety of different commercial work environments for example, customer showrooms, factory floors, computer rooms,etc. May also require work in confined spaces to access machinery wiring, controls, and components.

Job includes travel domestic and foreign.

Qualifications:

7 or more years experience

Associates degree preferred
