ManTech Operations Specialist, Senior/Lead in Seongnam, South Korea

The employee shall provide Coordination support to the Mission Command Training Center (MCTC) and will supervise the MCTC C4ISR sustainment training program in Korea. The Contractor will coordinate training of US soldiers, DA Civilians, KATUSAs, and other service personnel on the operation of the Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS) and C4ISR systems to include AFATDS, CPOF, DCGSA, JBC-P, JADOCS, ULLS-A (E)). Specific systems training requirements may be coordinated and adjusted in accordance with direction from the military leadership of Eighth Army. The Contractor shall have experience in business operations to include planning, scheduling, organizing, marketing, auditing, creating and maintaining databases. Additionally, the Contractor shall have experience in personnel administrative duties to include, trip reports, timesheets, expense reports and other personnel actions items on a case by case basis. The Contractor will be

responsible for the day-to-day operations of the MCTC program. The Contractor must have in depth knowledge of SOFA processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

•Coordinate future training schedules gathering input from 8A and KTO MSCs as to what their training requirements are. Based on MSC requirements, write and publish training schedules.

•On a daily,weekly, quarterly, and annual basis, gather data and create reports regarding MCTC operations that are prepared for Eighth Army and CECOM.

•Assist MCTC staff with issues concerning timesheets, trip reports, expense reports, travel authorizations, and other administrative functions needed for personnel of MCTC.

•Maintain Trainer training records ensuring they are up to date and accurate.

•Audit weekly attendance rosters and end of course critiques. Manage the MCTC fill rate database capturing all training activities on a weekly basis regarding MCTC training activities.

•Supervise all personnel actions and all activities concerning MCTC operations.

•Conduct inventories of MCTC equipment, manage hand receipts, and manage equipment accountability.

•Maintain current MCTC marketing strategies and seek other opportunities to promote and grow the MCTC program.

Qualifications

  • Be a pro-active, energetic, assertive individual that can work well as part of a team and lead the team.

  • Individual must also be a self-starter with the ability to function autonomously, in sometimes austere locations, with little or no direct supervision.

  • Must a US Citizen, possess a SECRET security clearance, be worldwide deployable, have a valid US Driver s License and valid passport. Must be able to clearly and accurately communicate (both verbally and in writing) complex thoughts and ideas.

  • Must be proficient in use of the Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Publisher, and Internet Explorer) used for administrative reporting, generating reports, and daily correspondence.

  • Must be comfortable interacting with all military ranks from the newest soldier to the experienced leader.

  • Candidates must possess an understanding of the Army Battle Command Systems.

  • Must have a strong business background that includes accounting, budgeting, marketing, office management, reporting, planning, and scheduling.

  • The preferred candidate should be well versed in all aspects of ManTech policies and administrative procedures. The MCTC team is composed of ManTech employees.
