ManTech Systems Analyst II in Stafford, Virginia

The mission of Marine Corps Systems Command is to serve as the Department of the Navy's (DON) systems command for Marine Corps ground weapon and information technology system programs in order to equip and sustain Marine forces with full-spectrum, current and future expeditionary and crisis response capabilities.

This effort is in support of PM Marine Intel (PMMI) in research and development, acquisition, and sustainment of cutting edge tactical intelligence collection, processing and dissemination equipment as well as ground electronic warfare (EW) systems. The purpose of this program is to support PMMI in conducting research, engineering, science, technology, development, advisory, integration, in order to provide enhanced integrated and interoperable intelligence capabilities to the operating forces.

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise in research and development, acquisition and sustainment of cutting edge tactical intelligence collection, processing and dissemination equipment as well as ground electronic warfare systems. Specific tasks may include the following:

  • Support PMMI's acquisition/programmatic functions through the development of programmatic documentation, briefing materials, and schedules.

  • Coordinate program meetings, maintain program documentation in PMMI's knowledge repositories, and provide ad hoc administrative support.

  • Provide technical support, coordination, and recommendations to the Government Project Officer using subject matter expertise in Persistent Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (P-ISR) systems.

  • Lead and facilitate logistics posture for P-ISR equipment, using functional and technical knowledge of the equipment's concept of operations, power, and data requirements.

  • Utilize professional connections with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitate transfer of key information resulting in technical and logistical successes for PMMI.

  • Must have the ability to travel up to 5%.

Mandatory Skills: Minimum 4 years experience supporting DoD customers forming tasks related to at least three of the following:

  • Logistics

  • Systems Engineering

  • Acquisition Management

  • Software Engineering

  • Configuration Management

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor s degree (in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
