ManTech VSP Task Lead in Vienna, Virginia

ManTech is seeking a Task Lead who will be responsible for supporting VSP

tasks for the Visa Lifecycle Vetting Initiative.

Duties :

· Assist systems analysts in eliciting operational

requirements from user community and supports the achievement of business,

management and technical system requirements by performing analytic efforts as

assigned.

· Carry out basic work to support the

transformation of overall requirements and architecture to a complete

design.

· Assist in assuring consistency of

overall effort.

Qualifications:

· Experience supporting U. S.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI),

National Security Investigations Division (NSID), other law enforcement or

homeland security missions

· Two (2) years of directly related

research experience

· Experience supporting social media

focused research

· Experience managing teams performing

analytical support for Visa Security Program (VSP) operations.

· Understanding of Visa Security Program

(VSP) operations and working knowledge of the Pre-Adjudication Threat

Recognition Intelligence Operations Team (PATRIOT) for the screening and

vetting of visa applicants.

· Understanding of the counterterrorism

strategy of the United States and experience working with partnering agencies

identifying national security threats.

· Must have excellent writing,

listening, and public speaking skills

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in a related scientific, technical or business discipline and three years of related experience, or

seven years of related experience without a degree may be substituted.
