General

· Significant experience with object oriented

programming, especially JavaScript, C#, C++ or Java

· Experience in technical team leading in an

Agile/Scrum environment. Experience as a

Scrum Master is beneficial.

· Experience programming with relational databases,

especially SQL Server

· Significant experience in managing systems for

application development for source code control, deployment management,

release/builds management, configuration management, requirements management,

bug reporting management

· Significant experience in leading teams while

coordinating technical activities in an application development setting

· Experience in UX/UI in a commercial or

multi-customer setting

· Experience in application resource planning,

scheduling, coordinating

Mandatory

· Object oriented programming such as JavaScript,

C#, C++, Java, with MVC, plus SQL Server database. Angular as a plus.

· Advanced skills and experience in coordinating,

managing, leading in a technical or application development setting

· Ability to lead in an Agile Scrum setting, such

as in a Scrum Master role

Preferred:

· Prior experience with VA or other federal

governement agencies

· Prior experience in software testing

· Prior experience with digital graphics, graphics

design, animated video, or streaming

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
